Lets think out of the box

Education is meant to improve the way of thinking, not to put a curse on it. The education system, in Pakistan, is a perfect fit for nurturing dumb than intellects; for feeding dunces than scholars; for introducing crammers, in the market, than thinkers and innovators. This all is a bitter pill to swallow as realities can’t be sugar coated for so long.
Children are born curious, but systems are born to kill the inquisitiveness. We love to impose authoritative rules and ideologies without any limits as love of power knows no bounds. That Our RATTA MAR famous system is perfectly committed to produce zombies that possess nothing in head, but a Bran (Bhoosa) in it, so consequences are at front: no innovators, real dearth of scholars, leg-pulling of eminent academicians, and intentional knock-outs of worthy professors- Hood boy examples is at front.

In Pakistan this education system prevails and students are just directed to exactly follow this system so there is no creativity left in students. The pupils here also lack Self-Actualization factor and are normally confused about their career. So I want to develop an organization to cover this loop hole in our system. As everything starts from a basic level so for this Amal Project I want to opt this opportunity to clear my ways further.

Problem Idea:

Students in early age lack the concept of “Self-Actualization.” My idea is to inculcate the importance of “Knowing and recognizing yourself” in young generation that will help them to select their career by themselves.

Problem Statement:

Identify and refine the needs and pain-points for the stakeholders

The students of school and college are pretty much confused about their career because they are unaware of their hidden talents; my plan is just to activate their thoughts about their dormant talents and ideas. Because of this deficiency they just put regrets about their own choices in their university.

IDEAL STATE: The students have a separate subject included in their curriculum about Self-Actualization.

Theory of change:

Currently the schools are not providing enough Career Planning and Self-Actualization training to the young minds; if we can conduct some training programs by visiting the schools or virtually then we can create awareness among the students about selecting their desired field.

Key Partners:

· We can connect with the schools and college administration.

· Connection with any other organization which is already working on such projects.

· Have volunteers for administration work load.

Key Activities:

· Conducting the sessions and training programs on monthly basis or more frequent if required.

· Creating a query board where students can ask anything they are confused about

Key Resources:

· All the study Material (with proved examples).

· Designing a precise syllabus regarding Self Actualization.

· We may also have to invest some money for transportation purpose (in case of physical sessions)

I came up with this idea as I have faced this problem in my early education. Thinking of this I literally felt motivated while thinking of this idea. May Allah SWT help me to achieve this goal. Ameen.
