Lets play with Pomodoro technique. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into smaller chunks, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

Setting everything up I started the timer for 25 minutes and started doing my assignment of Biopharmaceutic. Tin tin tin, and there was a message on my phone and I successfully totally ignored that tin tin. I thought to myself that this is my first victory. So the first round was completed without any other big distraction. And then there was a gift awaited, two minutes break. I totally enjoyed that break. The cycle goes on and finally I completed my assignment and my four cycles as well. Everything was as usual but there was one thing that was totally different this time, and that was my PRODUCTIVITY. I was able to perform a little more efficiently and was more focused on my work.

After this handsome experience I am eagerly ready to practice this daily and this way I’ll be making myself more productive and focused.
